The shelf life is 6 months. Once opened, it needs to be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours.

At 6 months, solid food should be 2-4 tablespoons in a day. As the age of the baby increases, you can increase the portion basis his/ her acceptance of the food. Do not forcefeed!
